COACH MENTORING

Coaching is a lifelong craft, a career whose cultivation can be deeply transformative for both, the client and the coach. To bring ourselves and our clients to new horizons takes more than enthusiasm and empathy; it requires excellence and a trustworthy learning companion. Through mentoring, we discover our growth edges and our greatest strengths—all in a generative partnership with a mentor coach. The journey towards excellence doesn’t end. And so shouldn’t the joy of being a work in progress.

COACH MENTORING FOR CO-ACTIVE CERTIFICATION

Looking back at almost 10 years of practicing Co-Active Coaching, I am convinced that Co-Active isn’t only a coaching framework. It is a blueprint for creating nourishing, fulfilling, and safe relationships. When built around a shared purpose, these kinds of relationships have the potential to evoke the transformation that our clients seek.

I am passionate and serious about the process of coaching and the development of coaching as a profession, and it is with the deepest joy that I celebrate your decision to pursue your Professional Co-Active Coach Certification.

As a CPCC and PCC coach, I work with a few Co-Active coaches entering Professional Coach Certification throughout the year. As you consider choosing the coach to accompany you throughout your Co-Active certification, you might want to know a bit about their daily work.

I run a private Learning & Development practice where I:

  • Coach leaders at top tech companies and advertising agencies;

  • Delivered hours of live professional skills training via Hone;

  • Participate in coaching research projects (the latest one on Coaching Presence with Tünde Erdös);

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in our profession, including the use of AI, evidence-based approaches, psychology of coaching, and ethics;

  • Nourish a private community of neurodivergent coaches;

  • Serve as the Course Assistant regularly.

I am deeply curious to find out what you want to build and create in your life - change your profession, start a coaching business, feel confident as a coach, get a job as an internal coach at a dream organization, write a book, improve your health, or something else?

This is where working with a Certification Coach comes in. You will get to experience the full range of Co-Active Coaching alongside making progress toward your goals.

  • Access to a curated list of client tools and instruments (i.e. worksheets, assessments, feedback forms, etc)

  • Billed monthly: $225/month for 6 hrs, or $450/month for 12 hrs.

COACH MENTORING TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST ICF ACC OR PCC CREDENTIAL

When I received my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF in 2018, I cried and laughed at the same time. It was that rare moment of joy and utter pride. This credential certainly helped open up new doors for me in organizations, but most importantly, it helped me become a better coach. Months of listening to my recordings of coaching my clients, studying ICF Core Competencies, and working with my coach mentors sharpened my ability to look for improvement opportunities.

  • Certified Mentor Coach via Invite Change

  • PCC Coach with over 3,500 hrs of leadership development coaching experience

  • Serve on the Coaching Ethics Committee for a boutique professional coaching organization

  • Teach fundamentals of coaching to managers and regularly volunteer as an assistant at Co-Active Training Institute’s coaching courses

  • Work with a coaching supervisor to continuously process and work through things that come up for me as a coach

  • Follow coaching and coaching psychology research

  • Because of the intensity of Coach Mentoring and the time commitment involved, I am only able to work with 1-2 coaches at a time to ensure the best experience for both of us.
