Fabulous Daily Routine Planner - this app is beautifully designed and effective. I used it during the most stressful times in my life to create and follow a stress-busting morning routine.
Sunsama is an expensive tool, which I used for a short time, but it helped me tremendously to establish a good practice of daily planning and reflection.
TinyHabits - Free 5-day email course from BJ Fogg teaches how habits are created and helps you plant seeds of good habits.
Mental Models - just scrolling through the list of these mental models will probably result in deeper appreciation for the complexity of our minds and expose a few blind spots.
Problem Framing Canvas - we spend a tremendous amount of time looking for solutions and often not enough time truly understanding and defining a problem. This thinking instrument from The Griffith Centre for Systems Innovation offers a comprehensive approach.
